I am Gerty Saint-Laurent, the Blessed One, CEO of Love Your Health (LYH).

 I give thanks to the Almighty God, who empowers me to inspire the world to take action to take care of their health. I came from a country where most of the citizens do not have health care. Their primary resource when they get sick is natural medicine. At a young age, I become passionate about plants and their power to heal diseases.

Besides, before I became a Natural Health Consultant, I was fascinated by home remedies. When my children would get sick, I would always try my traditional/cultural remedies before consulting the physician.

 

I have a strong philosophy about personal health. I believe plants have the power to save a life!  I believe individual needs to take action daily to maintain their health. If we love our health, we will not wait until we get sick to seek help. Instead, we will appreciate the gift of health and cherish it every day by using the power of the plants.
